The English-German Colloquium in New Testament
The colloquium serves as a weekly forum for scholars to present original research and to discuss that research with a small group of interested scholars specializing in Ancient Judaism, New Testament, and Church History. Papers can be read in either German or English, and discussions are held in both languages. Colloquium presenters include doctoral students, scholars on sabbatical, and short-term visitors to Tübingen. The colloquium encourages its members to present work in progress, offering a useful forum to the scholar who is preparing an article for publication or writing a paper to be read at a conference.
The colloquium is organized by the Institute in cooperation with the Protestant Faculty.
